Instructions were announced this morning on the Disney Parks Blog detailing how to sign up for a midnight reopening of Star Tours at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with a special presentation by Imagineers and a few surprises.
UPDATE: Roughly one hour after the announcement, sign-up is no longer available as it has reached capacity.
Limited space is available, so act fast:
RSVP to meetups@disney.go.com with “Star Tours Meet-Up RSVP” as the subject line and your name in the body of the email. Each guest signing up must be 18 years or older and can bring a second guest that does not need to be 18. Valid photo I.D. will be required at check-in.
The event will take place at 12:01 a.m. on May 20 and runs until 2 a.m. and will include a panel discussion with Walt Disney Imagineers during which they’ll questions about the making-of the attraction. Guests will have a chance to ride as well, of course.
Those who are selected will receive an e-mail and the list of attendees will be posted on the Disney Parks Blog.
