During the opening of Disney Magic of Healthy Living – The Weekend at Epcot, I sat down with Disney Culinary Dietary Specialist Gary Jones to discuss how Disney is refining its theme park food options to offer healthier menu items. We discussed what it takes to create healthy food choices that taste good and how that applies to quick service items, like chicken strips and french fries, which are notoriously greasy and unhealthy.
