First look at Disney’s new R2-MK Star Wars droid

Disney has offered a first look at the new R2-MK droid that adds Mickey Mouse flair to the famous R2-D2-style droid from the Star Wars films. Sporting a pair of shiny Mouse ears, R2-MK is seen here posing with Jedi Mickey in promotion of Disney’s upcoming annual Star Wars Weekends event in Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World:

Star Wars Weekends will take place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this year on the following dates: May 21 – 23, May 28 – 30, June 4 – 6, and June 11 – 13. And yes, R2-MK toys will be available.
