When you read an article about Disney and cleanliness, it’s usually about how they manage to keep their theme park streets nearly spotless day after day. But today Disney released an interesting video detailing how they use an advanced printing technique at Disneyland to permanently add dirt, grime, stains, and other details to some of their pirate costumes to give them a tattered look without the costumes actually falling apart (and without the stains washing away in the laundry):
