The only really bad experience I had was at the old Alfredo’s in Epcot. The hostess and server were snooty at best, even rude. Generally the table service has been very good to excellent, and the quick locations at least adequate to good.

The food in Disney is pretty good to excellent. I do admit (however) that over the last 10 years or so the quality has been lack lustre to horrible and over priced. My parents and I went to Disney 3 times this summer. June 1st we went to Animal Kingdom. We had ordered 3 egg rolls at the Asian area of AK. There were 3 small egg rolls for $10.00’s. That’s expensive for the small size of the egg roll. The next day we had lunch at Epcot at the British pavilion. We had fish and chips which were pretty good but very greasy. Other than that the food was ok.

The food quality at most of the Disney World restaurants has declined since COVID. Even some of our favorites, like Tiffins, have dropped from our must-go list. Disney World has a captive audience, so asking guests to pay more for less is now standard fare. If you want great food for a more reasonable price, you are better off going to non-Disney restaurants.

I just ate at Lotus Blossom my last trip and thought it was really good. Certainly not one of the worst restaurants on property. I’m surprised Backlot Express at the Studios isn’t on here, the last couple times we’ve tried it out of convenience it’s been very blah bordering on terrible.
