A brand-new nighttime show called Disney Enchantment will debut on October 1 at Magic Kingdom in honor of Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary. With that being said, many have been wondering if we have seen the last of Magic Kingdom’s Happily Ever After?

Now, Disney has released a statement regarding this nighttime spectacular.

If you have not yet seen EPCOT Forever or Happily Ever After, make sure to stop by EPCOT before September 28 and Magic Kingdom before September 29 to witness these nighttime spectaculars as, according to Disney, they will “sparkle into Disney history.

Disney Parks Blog shared:

We also recently announced that all-new nighttime spectaculars “Disney Enchantment” and “Harmonious” would be debuting October 1 as part of The World’s Most Magical Celebration. That means this summer is also your last chance to come out and catch the current fireworks shows before they sparkle into Disney history. “EPCOT Forever” will conclude its limited-time run on September 28, and you have until September 29 to take in the spectacle of “Happily Ever After” at Magic Kingdom Park.

From the statement above, we can see that there is only a limited time left to watch EPCOT Forever and Happily Ever After. Disney always stated that EPCOT Forever would be a temporary nighttime show until HarmonioUS debuted. However, when it comes to Happily Ever After, it looks like Disney is making it clear that the Magic Kingdom show — which debuted in 2017 — is also becoming part of “Disney history” and its days are numbered.
