How many rolls does this recipe make?

  2. Audrey

There is a step missing, between 8 and 9. Do we roll the dough out and baste with butter? Do we spead it out with hands on a floured surface and baste with butter?

    1. Mary S.

You forgot to mention adding the yeast.

    2. Laura

No basting with butter since the brown sugar cinnamon mixture is mixed with butter. The 1/2 cup of melted butter is used after you put rolls in the pan to rest for 30 minutes.

There is a step missing between 8 and 9. Are we supposed to roll out dough and baste with butter? Spread the dough out, with hands, in a floured surface? Let us know

I was wondering when the whipping cream is added to both of the icings?

    1. Laura

It never says when to add it to the cream cheese icing but I added it after melting the cream cheese and butter together. It worked fine!

So I made these today. Dough last night and baked today. They turned out delicious. Yes, a couple steps had wrong info such as the cream cheese icing saying to add salt when none is in the ingredients. But I figured ot out just fine. Everybody in the family loved them.

These were amazing cant wait to make them again. These might become a family tradition.

I got confused on the cream cheese sauce. Does not mention salt, but mentions whipping cream.

  7. Anita

Im confused on how to cut these?? It says cut in the center then 6 inc on either side then place cut side down?? I don’t understand? Help!

  8. Laura

I made these today! The steps can be confusing but I just rolled them as they said and cut about twelve large rolls out of the log. I ignored the “cut in center and then six inches” bit. Just cut them evenly however you like. I also made some and cut much smaller rolls to make about 21 out of one rolled log. The 1/2 cup of melted butter at the end of ingredient list is to drizzle on top once cut and before the 30 minute rest. They were delicious! I made three batches for friends.

If I wanted to make tonight and cook tomorrow morning, would I just make the dough until it’s ready to be thrown into the oven?

  10. Joy

I purchased all the ingredients but I am a person that needs step by step instructions. After reading these comments, I do not think I can make if instructions are missing, I won’t know what to do. When to add yeast, how to roll, when and what to do
Does anyone have this all reprinted? Thank you so much.
