What’s this? “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas” is already twenty-five years old? It may seem impossible, but it’s true! The beloved cult classic stop-motion animated feature from Disney was released into theaters in 1993, and since then has only grown in popularity and acclaim.

This past weekend at San Diego Comic-Con 2018 in Southern California, the official Disney fan club D23 celebrated the 25th anniversary of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” with an hour-long panel featuring the movie’s director Henry Selick, animator Anthony Scott, associate editor Edie Ichioka, and assistant art directors Bill Boes and Kelly Asbury.
