After posting our Ultimate Picture Guide to Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, we polled our followers to find out which food items they were most looking forward to this year. After compiling all the responses from Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, here is what we found out.

10. SPICY SUSHI ROLL FROM JAPAN

This sushi roll is made of tuna and salmon with Kazan Volcano Sauce (Hidden Mickey included). While our responses on Twitter to this item were mixed, it still came out ahead of many others in garnering attention. – $5.75

9. CROISSANT AUX ESCARGOTS FROM FRANCE

The escargot croissant with garlic and parsley has been a staple at the festival for years, but it hasn’t gotten old. For one reason or another, snails still have people lining up at the event. – $5.75

8. SPICY HUMMUS FRIES FROM MOROCCO

The vegetarians have spoken, and they have cried out for these fries with cucumber, tomato, onions and Tzatziki sauce. – $5 Vegetarian Item

7. NEW ENGLAND LOBSTER ROLL FROM HOPS & BARLEY IN AMERICA

Obviously. – $7.75

6. SEAFOOD FISHERMAN’S PIE FROM IRELAND

This traditional Irish dish received quite a lot of praise from our followers. – $6.50

5. “LE CELIER” WILD MUSHROOM BEEF FILET MIGNON FROM CANADA

This popular dish that is served with truffle-butter is a favorite in Le Celier, the Canada Pavilion’s table service restaurant. Reservations for the establishment are so difficult to get; however, during the Food and Wine Festival the restaurant brings their big hitters out to the streets where they continue to make home runs. – $7.75 Gluten-Free Item

4. GRILLED LAMB CHOP FROM AUSTRALIA

This gluten-free item served with mint pesto and potato crunchies was repeatedly mentioned as highly anticipated. Those that want it are so enthusiastic about it that we saw a repeated pattern of responding in all capital letters. – $7.25

3. KALUA PORK SLIDER FROM HAWAI’I

This is where it begins to get real. We don’t know whether it is from it’s ringing endorsement from The Chew, from word of mouth or because it is a kid-friendly food, but this little guy that’s served with sweet and sour Dole Pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise had people drooling across all of our social media platforms repeatedly. – $4.25 Kid-Friendly Item

2. BELGIAN WAFFLES FROM BELGIUM

There are two options for your foreign waffles. One comes with a warm chocolate ganache and whipped cream. The other comes with a berry compote and whipped cream. Whichever your preferred toppings are, you can be assured that this item was listed as the most desired item at this year’s event over and over and over and over and over and over…. $3.75, Vegetarian Item

1. LOADED MAC N CHEESE FROM FARM FRESH

Without hesitation, the fans of this dish that comes with Nueske’s pepper bacon, cheddar cheese, peppers and green onions were the most vocal of all in our poll. After looking at the photo isn’t hard to see why. It may be a kid-friendly item, but it is clearly a favorite among adults. – $4.50 Kid-Friendly Item
