The last of the two pedestrian bridges connecting the reimagined Disney Springs (formerly known as Downtown Disney) has recently opened, marking another milestone in the progress that’s been ongoing for the last few years.

The new walkway connects the Disney Springs Resort Hotels to the entertainment/retail/dining district, spanning across Hotel Plaza Blvd and East Buena Vista Drive. Situated between Earl of Sandwich and Once Upon A Toy, it provides an easier and safer way for guests to visit. The upside to this walkway is also to help alleviate traffic by removing the time spend for pedestrians crossing the heavily used roadways.

Unlike the new Orange Parking Garage, there are no escalators here; only elevators and stairs connecting all the entrance/exit points.
