Warner Bros. Studio is offering a special Halloween tour called “Horror Made Here” that gives horror fans a behind-the-scenes look at memorable props and costumes from some of the most iconic films of the genre.
The limited-time tour is located at the newly unveiled Stage 48: Script to Screen and will be presented this month only until Sunday, Nov. 1.
Guests will be treated to behind-the-scenes filmmaking secrets and the tour feature such films as “Gremlins”, “The Exorcist”, “Nightmare Before Elm Street”, “The Conjuring”, “Practical Magic” and many more straight from the Warner Bros. Archives.
Oscar-winning special effects expert Christien Tinsley helped curate the exhibit, which not only has numerous props on display but also demonstrates the step-by-step process on how the creature effects and prosthetic special effects make-ups used in these films were made — from concept to finished product.
As if that wasn’t enough, guests are treated to the “ultimate head shot” at the conclusion of the tour, in case you ever wondered how your head would look like served on a platter.
Tickets are available for $62 per person. For more information or to purchase tickets online visit the official website or call 818-977-TOUR (8687).
