Actually, while Disneyland did "voluntarily" close Alice in Wonderland, it wasn't because they decided for themselves that it was unsafe, but it was decided for them by Cal/OSHA:

Personally, I feel it's a little silly after decades of perfectly safe functionality that they should suddenly decide it's hazardous. Here's hoping they don't mar the view of the awesome outdoor portion with some unsightly aluminum bars or even transparent fiberglass walls.

Great Job with this interview. I've been a huge Weird Al fan for over 15 years at this point. If anyone else is interested in hearing another Weird Al interview, Kevin Pollack did one on his video podcast a while ago. It's definitely not PG, but it was intriguing.

Ricky, I'm jealous you got to sit down with him for a conversation, he's a really interesting guy, and the subject of the most boring Behind the Music ever created.
